What I Am Thankful For

   I am thankful for a lot of things in my life. I am thankful for my team Thunder, my dad, my best friend, Nashville, all my hockey coaches, my school teachers, my brother, my mother, an ice, and opportunity to play hockey.
   I am the most thankful for are my parents. Because they do anything for what they are able to do. They gave me opportunity to live and play hockey in the U.S.A. i am very happy that i can continue my career in America. He pays for my hockey.He also pays for school. He always wants me to have the hockey equipment, what is very good. I have been having the best gear since I stood on the ice first time. Probably I am the only one goalie who has all professional gear, professional protection, NHL gear, custom gear. And of course it helps me. When I see goalie who has very bad equipment, I feel so sorry for them. Because they can’t buy good one, but sometimes parents don’t want to do it, because they don’t care. That is why I try to sell my pro gear for very cheap price, after I use it. So, people can buy it. Because I think hockey is the most expensive sport. 

   My mother believes in me, in my hockey. She wants me to play and to win, no matter what. She does for me anything, what she can physically do. She understands that hockey is the most important thing in my life. Because, my friends’ moms don’t care about their hockey, they think it is just for fun, but it is not. I love my parents.

   

Fall Break

I had a fall break. On weekends before a fall break i had games in Detroit and we won some games. And when i had games in Detroit my parents came to see my games and me. And after games, i and my parents came to Nashville. My brother came with my parents too. It was good, i had fun with my parents. I had practices and workouts too. I also went to the Predators' game and i am going to go to the Preds' game again today. And they are going to play against Dallas, and my friend's uncle plays in Dallas. So, my friend and i are going to go to the game. Yesterday i went to the very big gym with my dad and with my friend. My friend is like a brother, so, we are always go anywhere together.

`Cars

My favorite thing after hockey are cars. I love them. I know almost everything about cars. I think because my dad loves cars. He collects cars. He tries every car to know about them. That is why I love them. I am also a driver. I drive in Russia. Actually in Russia you can drive if you are eighteen, but it doesn't matter. I started driving when I was 11. I am good driver, but not as good as my dad. Of course, he is a racer. I have a car in Russia, and it called Jeep Wrangler Sport. So, I like cars, I like to talk about cars cars, learn about cars and test cars.

Football

  On Wednesday I had my first football practice in my life. Because in Russia we do not have football. I liked it. It was cool, but what i did not like is that I am new, so, i did not play a mini game at the end of the practice, because i do not know a lot of stuff about football, but that is a normal thing. We can hit only when we play these mini games. I love hitting like that, of course because I am hockey player and we hit a lot, too. So, my first practice I was running and catching the ball. The worst thing in football is the sun. Because it was too hot. When i did not even move it was very hot. That is why I like hockey, because I like ice and snow. And also when you catch the ball, you do not see it because of the sun. But anyway I like football.

First practice in my team

  My first practices in Thunder hockey team was on last Saturday and Sunday. That was very cool because that was the first time when I saw all my team. On week days I have practices, but i don't see my team because my team composed of 20 hockey players from other states. So when i have week practices I have like private practices without team.
  When I came to the locker room I was nervous because I didn't know anybody and I met my team I felt better than the first minutes in the locker room. Specially to know meet each other and to know each other our coach organized a big party on Saturday after practice, because some people were new too, and they didn't know the team ether.
  So after party we all knew everyone and that was so funny and cool. After party when I came to the locker room next day I knew all my team and they knew me.

my first week of school

   My first day of school was very interesting. I found new friends. First days i was very shy and i didn't know anyone, i didn't know my room mate, dorm mate and my class mates. When i woke up on Monday(first day of the school) in the morning i didn't know where i do have to go, but i found someone and he helped me. First day of school wasn't hard because we just was meeting each other. We also met new classes like algebra and biology. 

   Second day of school was so much easier because i knew where to go and i made a lot of friends and i knew my teachers and classes. The third day i already knew all my dorm mates so, we were like a brothers or family.

   On Thursday i was suppose to go with all the 9th grade to the camping trip, but i didn't go because i had a hockey practice so, those days i were living with my guardians at home in Nashville. 

  i thought live in the dorm will be worse than live at home because you don't have a free time ,but not , it is more interesting and funny in the dorm. we play table pool and have a lot fun every day!
